In order to Analysis keyword for a particular website you have to analysis on Google keyword planner , ahrefs etc. In these website how much competition for a particular website or a particular keyword, one can also get cpc or cam know for a particular locations for targeted locations. note all those information in the excel like keywords, how much competition and how much traffic is on that particular keyword.
After entering all those keyword, you have to analysis competition website from those website you will get all those keyword which they get rank on google, then you have to check all those keyword in google keyword planner then you can all those information like traffic,competition etc. finally you will get a good collection of keyword.
Note - all keyword that you will get in keyword planner should be low or medium competition. there you will get such related keywords.
